NancyMarie's inspiration for a career in real estate grew out of her passion for serving others and her love for interior design, coupled with architectural elements. "She's a true visionary and can spot a diamond in the rough, when working with her clients whether they're buyers, sellers or investors who depend on her expertise and trained eye to see the bigger picture," says one of her investors! NancyMarie's trusted network of contractors have assisted sellers in record time in preparing their homes for sale, who have often benefited from selling well above the asking price.
Much of Nancy's work ethic was instilled while working in her family's business. Those lessons are alive and well today, and NancyMarie embraces going "above and beyond" with every client, naturally creating lasting relationships throughout her career which is the cornerstone of her practice. "Customer service was always key in our family business, as well as a winning attitude and I continually strive to grow in my career as a professional and in service to others."
A graduate of Seattle University, NancyMarie earned her Bachelors Degree and Minor in Communications in 1984, building a strong foundation for hard work, professionalism and integrity. Born & raised in Seattle she moved to Portland with her husband and their four children in 1999, where she began an active role as a volunteer in her community. As President of the Concordia Neighborhood Association, (CNA) she was instrumental in the successful partnership between the Neighborhood Association and the opening of the first New Seasons Market. In 2005 NancyMarie was awarded the "Spirit of Concordia" for her leadership role as President of the Neighborhood Association and has continued volunteering countless hours in her children's schools, Special Olympics, where her oldest son participates as an athlete and volunteered as a girl's basketball coach for CYO, (Catholic Youth Organization) where she received the "Coach of the Year" award in 2017. In her downtime, NancyMarie enjoys playing tennis, gardening, researching current design trends and taking their English Lab, "Winston," to the dog park!
