Testimonials - Click Here

Kevin was born and raised in Vancouver and if he looks familiar maybe he was your salesman at Sparks Home Furnishings in downtown Vancouver, where he worked for almost 6 years until joining the RE/MAX team in 2006. A graduate of Washington State University's Vancouver campus, has enjoyed putting his marketing and entrepreneurial education to work.

Growing up with real estate in his blood (Father & Grandmother) has helped Kevin learn the business quickly. He prides himself on his knowledge in the following markets: foreclosures, short sales, first time buyers, residential property, property on acreage, condos/townhouses, and investments. Let him know how he can help you.

When Kevin's not working, you can find him with his family (Wife, Katie. Daughter, Parker. Baby Schubel coming Mid-July!) and friends or enjoying one of his many hobbies. If it has an engine, Kevin probably likes it. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, race cars, classic cars, boats, you name it. During the winter months, Kevin enjoys a fun Sunday watching Football. Of course, being born and raised in the NW, Kevin enjoys the outdoors!

Lyn Schubel

April 29, 1950 - November 3, 2016

Lyn spent 36 years in Real Estate, finally stepping down from Management in 2011. From Lutz Snyder to Prudential to Equity group to RE/MAX equity group, he started as an agent but spent most of his career running offices, including is integral role in bringing Equity Group (later RE/MAX equity group) to SW Washington.

He spent his days fishing, clamming, and crabbing with family and friends, golfing with his sons, working on his hot rod, and spending long weekends with his wife (Joan Schubel) at their beach house on the Oregon Coast. And in his last couple of years, Lyn took great delight in his new role as a Grandpa.

Team Schubel Cares About the Community! Please join us in supporting the following organizations:

Northwest Children's Outreach - http://www.northwestchildrensoutreach.org/

There is an unseen tragedy occurring in our beautiful area. Children, through no fault of their own, are going without the most basic things they need.

Diapers, clothing, formula, blankets, and toys are just a few of the items that are needed to help these children.

With the support of many loving people, Northwest Children's Outreach supplies these items to these very vulnerable children. Come join our team to stand in the gap for kids!

Northwest Children's Outreach is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to helping families in the Portland area and surrounding communities. We help fill the needs of these families, providing clothing, infant care products, diapers, formula and many of the other necessities parents need for their children.

If you would like to learn more about how you can help us reach out to families in need, please click on the links on the right side of this page. Donations of time and/or money are always appreciated. Our organization is 100% volunteer-run, so all donations go straight to the families who need them.

Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" - http://www.komenoregon.org/

Susan G. Komen fought breast cancer with her heart, body and soul. Throughout her diagnosis, treatments, and endless days in the hospital, she spent her time thinking of ways to make life better for other women battling breast cancer instead of worrying about her own situation. That concern for others continued even as Susan neared the end of her fight. Moved by Susan's compassion for others and committed to making a difference, Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever.

That promise is now Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, having invested nearly $1.5 billion since inception in 1982. As the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, we're working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®, and generous contributions from our partners, sponsors and fellow supporters, we have become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
