As a licensed transaction coordinator, I manage transactions and document flow for Real Estate Agents from start to finish of their listings and/or sales. I focus on correct, complete and on time paperwork to ensure Real Estate transactions are accurate, complete and on time.
My marketing experience enables me to bring value to my Agents in creating marketing materials for their listings and their business. Tasks often include photographing the home, creating flyers, postcards and posting to Real Estate web sites and social media.
My goal is to be an extension of the Real Estate Agents business with an effective and efficient management of their paperwork and marketing needs. The agents I work for delegate their non revenue producing tasks to me and gain time to focus on income producing tasks.
