As your experienced Real Estate Broker my role is to educate, coordinate, negotiate, facilitate, and above all communicate. You navigate. There are no sales staffs or agents in Oregon. Oregon Brokers are required to have more education, ongoing education, and function with a broader scope of practice. Oregon has more laws, you will find, requires strict ethics and equal services to both residential property sellers and buyers. In the past eighteen months alone, I have taken 160 class hours to expand my knowledge and skill base as fast as possible to keep serving you in a superior manner.

 

I have lived in fifteen Oregon locations, Portland Metropolis and Yamhill County being the most familiar to me.  I choose to specialize in the Yamhill county area, because I feel it is the best place to raise your families and invest in your future. You will find it a great community to be involved in. We have endless variations in plentiful employment, advanced education and medical specialties.

 

My background is twenty-five years of registered nursing with the last five years being almost full time teaching. Residential client surveys indicate that Real Estate Brokers with teaching, or nursing career background are very appreciated, because they are hardworking, resourceful, creative, flexible, and able to multi-task. Most importantly they tend to genuinely care about people.

 

The habit of continuing education for both careers is a must.  Criminal checks have also been required for years, due to the level of responsibility I have carried, as a registered nurse, teacher and real estate broker. After nursing burnout, I found a new role to help others where there is a real need to educate and protect. I love it, and I will love serving you too.

 

I cannot know everything, so I have created a mastermind resource group for myself to draw from. I refer you to the other real estate specialists as needed to ensure your needs are met satisfactorily. I team up with other brokers to learn from them as we serve you in areas where I need more experience. If you are buying or selling out of state or out of the USA, Re/Max is worldwide and I can get references on brokers before referring anyone to you. Ego has no place when brokering for you. I talk clearly and to the point. If I do not know, I will find out.
