- Bids for R&I and recommendations to improve marketability

MARKETING AND MAINTENANCE
- REO specialists selected geographically for evaluation and marketing property
- Marketing in MLS, newspapers, direct mail programs, and internet exposure from RE/MAX Equity Group's award winning web site
- Regular interior cleaning as directed
- Weekly billing for utilities, maintenance and repairs with one monthly invoice to client (or as directed)
- Licensed, Bonded, and Insured contractors
- Regular yard maintenance as directed
- Winterization of property (seasonal)
- Weekly monitoring of property
- Regular status reports to REO representative
