The branch is recognized as consistently producing high sales and listing volume. Although the primary focus of the branch is on new and resale residential properties, many agents have expertise in the areas of land development, acreage and commercial investment opportunities. While they are not limited by geographic boundaries, most of the agents working in this office concentrate on the Westside market, with some emphasis in the Aloha, Northwest Portland, Hillsboro and Forest Grove areas.
