Utilizing his personal experiences with investment acquisitions, home building and remodeling Matt has acquired the vast experience necessary to become the seasoned professional that he is today.
With his ongoing focus on true service to his clients, Matt's care before, during, and after a sales transaction has allowed him to build a business that runs exclusively by referral. Simply put this focus allows Matt to maximize the time spent with his clients on fulfilling their needs, rather than chasing new business. This commitment to put service first has led to a large referral based business that has grown year after year. It is with this team that Matt continues to provide exceptional service to each of his clients, alongside his business partner and brother, Jason Kennedy and their full time office administrator, Kerry-Lynn.
