 When I started searching for a home, I didn't really know what I wanted.  All I was certain about was that I wanted to move from Vancouver to Portland to be closer to my job downtown, and that I wanted as much space as I could get for my price range.  After a conversation about my "must haves", Bonnie was able to assess what was important for me in a home and helped me to narrow down places in the city that she thought would fit my needs and personality.  She was extremely flexible in making time to show me homes so that we could act quickly.  The first weekend we started looking at places, I ended up finding a place I loved, and it was even greater than I'd envisioned when I started the process - original wood floors, an open great room, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a semi-private patio.  After deciding to make an offer on the condo, Bonnie walked me through each step of the process of closing on the house.  It could have been a scary and confusing process for me since I was doing all of this by myself, but Bonnie took great care of me and the process was smooth and easy.  I would recommend Bonnie to anyone looking for a home, especially first-time home buyers who want personal care and attention during this new stage in their lives.

Bonnie understand that selling and buying a house is more than a transaction. It’s an emotional process of moving your home. Everything she did prioritized the "sacredness of home" above all else. 

With Bonnie we never felt like we were forced to do anything. All along the way she laid out our options, explained the pros and cons and then asked us what felt best and right for us. Buying or selling a home is overwhelming. Simultaneously buying and selling a home is immensely overwhelming. But, with Bonnie all the details were managed professionally allowing us to focus on our children and transitioning into our new home.
