I get the opportunity to serve as travel agent, tour guide, advisor and ambassador of my beloved city.  I have helped people from all over the US and beyond find the perfect new spot to call home here in Portland.

I’ve developed a system for helping people quickly get up to speed on the options and amenities of each area.  Plan on at least 3 days in town, primarily focused on house hunting.  Whether your focus is schools, commute, neighborhood amenities, or all of those and then some, there is most likely an area you'll connect with.

Contact me as soon as you get the idea of a possible move and I will send you a packet of relocation materials. Prior to your trip, we will have an in depth discussion about your goals, preferences, and plans once you get to Portland.  After that, I’ll email lots of listings, continually gathering feedback about what works for you and what doesn’t. 
Once you get here, we’ll be able to hit the ground running, looking at neighborhoods and areas that meet your criteria.  Day two and beyond are a marathon of looking at actual houses. You will get to see listed homes that might work for you and possibly even some “pocket listings” (translate: insider information on upcoming listings…).
