Emily and Dave merged forces in 2006 to create Scriven & Booth, a unique team that blends experience and innovation to help clients buy and sell real estate.  This combination of talents and experience proved to be a great success. The vigorous manner in which they served their clients placed them in the top 2% of RE/MAX equity group.

Dave Scriven has been practicing real estate since 1993 and became a multi-million dollar producer within his first year.  His obvious people skills make him a natural and trusted friend to both buyers and sellers.  He excels in business because of his attention to detail, systematic and comprehensive follow-up and, of course, ample experience.

Dave has 7 children and resides with his wife and family in Beaverton, Oregon. 

Emily Booth obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2000. After graduating from the University of Oregon, she started a company personally assisting Realtors by managing all facets of their transactions from beginning to end. Her clients refer her because of her experience, work ethic, and manner in which she serves and cares for them. 

Emily resides with her husband in Beaverton, Oregon.

LuAnn Knoedler processes all internal aspects of the transactions for the team’s buyers and sellers. She creates instant rapport and trust with clients because of her contagious positive attitude and years of experience. In 1991 when LuAnn entered the real estate industry, her detail-oriented personality told her it was the perfect fit. She has continued in real estate since moving to Oregon in 1996.

LuAnn has 2 daughters and resides with her husband in Beaverton, Oregon.

Dave, Emily, and LuAnn work with the largest and most successful residential real estate firm in Oregon. In 2007, RE/MAX equity group celebrated it’s twelfth consecutive year of buying and selling more homes than any other real estate broker in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
